David Bathras was a jerk.

Every time we let him join the "Critter Club",
he'd squish a grub,
or throw a toad against a tree.
Then we'd kick him out of the Critter Club again.
At which point he'd say he was very sorry
and that he would never harm another critter ever again.
So we'd let him join the Critter Club again.

Then he'd squish a grub,
or throw a toad against a tree.
